Our workshops - work, learn, progress!

Participation in our workshops takes place within the framework of our qualification and employment programs. In addition to acquiring technical skills, the focus is on promoting structure, teamwork, and independent work.

Gain practical experience – Our workshops as job opportunities.

Our workshops are an integral part of the subsidized employment opportunities (§ 16d SGB II) and offer you the chance to learn manual skills, test yourself in a structured work environment, and develop career prospects. Whether bicycle repair, woodworking, or textile design – here you work with your hands, discover your strengths, and receive valuable support for your future.

bicycle repair shop

We repair donated, defective bicycles and pass them on to social institutions in roadworthy condition. They learn all relevant repair techniques and acquire practical knowledge of bicycle mechanics.
Everyone works at their own pace and according to their own abilities. Prior knowledge is not necessary, but an interest in bicycle technology and (usually not very neat) manual work is expected.

Textile workshop

Here, costumes, decorations, and playful learning materials are created. No prior knowledge is required – with us, you will learn how to use sewing and serger machines, take measurements, cut and sew – according to patterns or your own designs.
Our partners in daycare centers, schools and senior citizen facilities are delighted with our textile contributions to festivals and theatre performances.

woodworking shop

Here you will create learning materials for daycare centers, schools, and senior citizen facilities. You will learn how to work with wood, surface finishing, and creative design techniques.
Creativity needs space to breathe. Our projects are diverse, ranging from small designs to large collaborations, such as our recent work on Picasso's "Guernica".
Looking for creative challenges? Discover design techniques, work with natural materials, and shape your daily work routine together with others!
